Requesting FM Services

All requests for services provided by Ventia under the AGFMA must be made via Ventia’s system, the Panorama App, or by calling the Ventia Help Desk on 1300 903 063 (service requests must not be sent via email to the Ventia Help Desk). For more information on how to log a service request with Ventia, visit the Ventia AGFMA site . To access this site, please use the  following password #00VentiaAGFMA* when prompted.

All requests for Breakdown Maintenance services are categorised according to the Breakdown Maintenance Priority Regime. Before requesting this type of FM service, Participating Agency Representatives are encouraged to refer to the ‘Breakdown Maintenance Priorities ’ Fact Sheet.

Priority 1 breakdown service request - please call the Ventia Help Desk on 1300 903 063.

Priority 2, 3 and 4 breakdown service request - please use the Panorama App provided by Ventia.
