Description
Brighton Secondary School has a vision to be the school of choice for the holistic education of boys and girls. This project establishes a learning centre to assist students to graduate with 21st century skills, in keeping with the National Educational Goals for young Australians. The project aims to
promote and to lead world’s best practice for curriculum delivery and assessment and improve the educational outcomes for all students.
Project works include
- facilities to accommodate an additional 250 students through the Expanding State High Schools policy project
- canteen/cafeteria that will cater for 1600 enrolments with access to outdoor café space
- replacement of the traditional library with a modern learning centre
- reconfiguration and refurbishment of various science discipline facilities
- 250-seat music recital hall.
