Wirrina Cove Marina update
Wednesday, 22 June 2022
From 1 July 2022, fees will be re-introduced at the Wirrina Marina (Marina St Vincent) at Wirrina Cove for boat ramp use, casual berthing and commercial operator use following improvements at the facility.
The Department for Infrastructure and Transport took over management of the Wirrina Marina (Marina St Vincent), located approximately 90km south of Adelaide, in March 2020.
While fees applied before this time, they have not been collected since, while the Department worked to restore facilities and services at the Marina.
This work has included maintenance of pontoons, CCTV and the appointment of an onsite marina manager.
Now that this work has been undertaken, fees will be re-introduced to help with the ongoing maintenance and management of the Marina. The fees will be in line with those charged at other similar facilities in South Australia.
