Expiations

Please see options below for dealing with an expiation.

  • Pay online using a Visa or Mastercard.
  • Pay by cash, cheque, money order, credit card or EFTPOS at a Service SA centre between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Pay over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard by calling 13 10 84 (Service SA) between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Postal payment can be made via cheque/money order/credit card details by affixing the payment slip (on reverse side of your notice) and posting together with your payment choice to:

Expiations are not payable through SAPOL.

Applying for review

If you think the circumstances surrounding the offence or the penalty are unreasonable, apply for a review in writing to:

Electing to be prosecuted

If you wish to dispute the allegation that you committed the offence(s) and elect to be prosecuted in court, complete the appropriate section on the back of the notice and post it before the due date for payment to:

If you elect to be prosecuted, you may get a summons to attend court.

Extension of time / installments / other payment options

If you would like an extension of time in which to pay or wish to pay by installments or enter into another kind of arrangement in relation to the amount due, please contact the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Team at www.fines.sa.gov.au or by calling 1800 659 538.
