Passenger Transport Act Review

The report on the Passenger Transport Act Review has now been released and is available on the Point to Point Transport website.

The outcomes of the review have been informed by feedback from industry, customers and key stakeholders, along with ongoing engagement with the sector.

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport will now work with industry and key stakeholders to progress changes to the Passenger Transport Act 1994 in line with key recommendations in the review and supported by a Taxi Industry Reform Package.
