Enabling cookies and javascript

To access the SA Planning Portal with full functionality, your browser must support non-persistent cookies and JavaScript. To set your browser to support these requirements, click the link below that corresponds to your browser version and follow the instructions. For convenience, you may want to print this page so that you have it handy as you configure your browser.

Microsoft Edge

To Enable JavaScript In Microsoft Edge On Windows 10, use the following procedure:
  1. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the screen to access the Menu tab.
  2. Now, select the Settings item the drop-down Menu to access the Settings menu.
  3. Find the section labeled Site permissions in the left-hand Settings menu pane, and then select it.
  4. Under Cookies and Site Permissions, select the Cookies and data stored item.
  5. Toggle the Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended) so that it turns blue.
  6. Under Cookies and Site Permissions, select the JavaScript item.
  7. On the JavaScript menu, toggle on the button next to Allow (recommended) so that it turns blue.
  8. Now you restart your Microsoft Edge Browser to apply settings.

Chrome

To enable cookies and JavaScript in Chrome browsers, use the following procedure:
  1. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the screen to access the Menu tab.
  2. Select “Settings” on the drop-down menu.
  3. Click “Privacy and security” on the left sidebar menu.
  4. Under “Privacy and security”, select “Cookies and other site data”.
  5. Select "Allow all cookies" OR "Block third-party cookies in Incognito".
  6. Click “Privacy and security” on the left sidebar menu.
  7. Under “Privacy and security”, select “Site settings”.
  8. Under “Site Settings” scroll until you find “JavaScript” and click it.
  9. Click the button that says “Sites can use Javascript (Recommended)” .

Safari

To enable cookies and JavaScript in Safari browsers on the Macintosh platform, use the following procedure:
  1. From the Macintosh file menu, select Safari and then Preferences.
  2. From the Preferences dialog that opens, select the Security option (padlock icon).
  3. Under the Web Content options, click the checkbox next to Enable Javascript.
  4. Under the Accept Cookies option, check the radio button for Always.
  5. Click OK and close the Preferences dialog to apply changes.

Firefox

To enable cookies and JavaScript in Firefox browsers, use the following procedure:
  1. From the Tools menu (Windows) or Firefox menu (Macintosh), select Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security menu option.
  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click the checkbox next to Accept cookies and site data from websites (recommended).
  4. Type “about:config” into the address bar and press Enter.
  5. Click “I accept the Risk” button below the warning message to proceed to the preferences search box page.
  6. Enter “javascript.enabled” in the preferences search box.
  7. Locate the option labeled “javascript.enabled” on the search result and toggle on JavaScript.
  8. Restart your Firefox browser.
