Planning and Development Fund - grants announcement

The Planning and Development Fund supports the purchase, planning and enhancement of public spaces throughout South Australia.
The State Government is partnering with local government to deliver projects which help create more liveable, sustainable and healthy communities. The Minister for Planning has recently approved 31 grants for the 2018-2019 year. These grants total $13.29 million and will support a range of local government projects, including the revitalisation of reserves, redevelopment of main street and town centre precincts, and development of safe shared use trails for local communities.
Access to quality public spaces supports our changing neighbourhoods and is critical for providing healthy places for people to enjoy.
