Release of new Residential Land Development Monitor

The Residential Land Development Monitor provides summary information about activity levels for different stages of the land subdivision process in South Australia. This includes key figures, charts and tables for proposed lots, certificates issued, completed lots and dwelling approvals.
The Monitor is updated quarterly and is presented as an interactive Power BI visualisation, replacing the Residential Land Development Activity Report. It incorporates data dating back to mid 2007 and can summarise data at different levels of geography and by quarter, calendar year or financial year.
