About this document
All members of the State Planning Commission must work to the highest ethical standards to maintain public confidence in the integrity of the Act.
The code of conduct ensures that members of the State Planning Commission act honestly and ethically with accountability.
Codes of conduct are adopted by the Minister to be observed by professionals operating in the planning system under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (the Act).
