About this document
The prescribed supervisor’s checklist lists the installation details of designated building products for a proposed development.
A checklist must be completed by the registered building work supervisor responsible for the installation of a designated building product.
The checklist is used on the first day of installation to note:
- name of the designated building product
- location of the product
- installation and fixing method used.
The checklist is used to record completed building work at different stages of construction.
The completed form must be provided to the Council within one business day after notice is given.
The prescribed supervisor's checklist is an approved form for the purposes of Regulation 93(4) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) Regulations 2017.
