This practice direction is about performance assessed developments. It covers:
- the types of notice given to the public under section 107 of the Act, the notification could be a site notice and a letter or email to neighbours
- when the relevant authority can proceed with an assessment without giving notice or receiving representations.
The State Planning Commission issues practice directions to specify procedural requirements in connection the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
