Ventia Australia Pty Ltd is the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMSP) and is engaged by the Contract Administrator to provide facilities management services to Participating Agencies in accordance with its Contractual obligations. Ventia is responsible for efficient and effective delivery of services under the AGFMA and for providing proactive advice, reporting and capturing of information to support a strategic approach to asset management.
Introduction to Ventia
On 7 July 2021, the State Government announced that the State had entered into a contract with Ventia Australia Pty Ltd (Ventia) for the delivery of a new, modern, best-of-breed model for facilities management under the Future AGFMA, commencing 1 December 2021.
Ventia will manage facilities management service delivery and perform an administration and works coordination role for all Participating Agencies for all facilities state-wide. Ventia will bring their experience and modern, best-practice systems and processes to assure safety, improve asset reliability and optimise their through-life performance.
