Participating Agencies are those agencies participating in, and who procure facilities management Services under the AGFMA. Participating Agencies and their Agency Representatives play a role in administering the AGFMA through requesting and approving work which supports facilities management and asset management outcomes. Requesting FM Services
Participating Agency requests for services provided by Ventia under the AGFMA can be made one of two ways; non-urgent priority breakdowns (P2-P4) and Projects (Replacement & Refurbishment and Planned Small Construction Works) must be made via Ventia’s Panorama App and urgent breakdown service requests needing to be addressed within an hour (P1) need to be logged via the Ventia Help Desk on 1300 903 063.
Service requests must not be sent via email to the Ventia Help Desk.

All requests for Breakdown Maintenance services are categorised according to the Breakdown Maintenance Priority Regime. Before requesting this type of FM service, Participating Agency Representatives are encouraged to refer to the ‘Breakdown Maintenance Priorities’ Fact Sheet. Priority 2, 3 and 4 breakdown service request, Replacement & Refurbishment and Planned Small Construction Works - please use the Ventia Panorama App. If you do not have access to the Panorama App please go to the ‘Ventia Panorama Support’ tab below and follow the link to create ‘new user’.
