Systems and processes
Building Project Information Management System (BPIMS)
BPIMS is our online system for managing building project information. It collects and shares information electronically. This helps project teams work together in real time.
Access is open to people in the building industry who are working on our building projects (either as a head contractor or as a subcontractor).

Star rates
DIT star rates are to be used as a guide to an upper limit of costs for specific labour rates.

Planned Small Construction (PSC) Accreditation Framework
The PSC Accreditation Framework allows state government agencies to apply for construction accreditation to manage low-risk construction projects.
The framework assesses an agency’s project management skills and ability to manage risk and procurement.
