Schoolies reminded to stay safe on roads
School leavers heading to this weekend’s Schoolies Festival are reminded to Think! Road Safety and take extra care out on the roads, particularly if they choose to drive to the festival or during the weekend.

River Murray flood update: Bookpurnong Road and Lyrup ferry temporary closure
Bookpurnong Road, between Berri and Kemp Road, will be closed to all heavy vehicle traffic and restricted to one lane for light vehicles from 7pm this Friday due to rising water levels encroaching on the road.

Project design for Kimba junction upgrades and highway realignment
Works to realign and upgrade the Eyre Highway at Kimba – including construction of a new heavy vehicle rest area within the Eyre Peninsula township – have moved a step closer, with the project design now released to the community.
River Murray flood update: Waikerie ferry and Bookpurnong Road
The Waikerie ferry will be closed this Wednesday, 23 November, between 9am and 5pm, to safely transfer the ferry to the high flow ramp to allow services to continue as water levels rise.
