Finalised boundary change proposals

Boundary change proposals that have been finalised by the Commission and a determination made by the Minister for Local Government that the proposal proceeds or does not proceed.

Tickera Township

In September 2019, the Commission received a publicly initiated proposal to move the council boundary between the Copper Coast Council and the Barunga West Council in the area of Tickera.

Town of Gawler

In December 2019, the Town of Gawler made a proposal to the Commission to shift council boundaries to include areas within the Light Regional Council, The Barossa Council and the City of Playford.

Hallett Cove - City of Marion and City of Onkaparinga

In January 2020, the Adelaide Development Company (Hallett Cove Joint Venture) submitted a publicly initiated boundary change proposal to realign the boundary between City of Marion and City of Onkaparinga for the purposes of a residential development at Hallett Cove.
