City of Marion
In September 2021, City of Marion submitted a Boundary Change Potential Proposal (Stage 1) to the Local Government Boundaries Commission for a Boundary change within areas of City of Holdfast Bay.

The Barossa Council
In October 2019, The Barossa Council submitted a potential proposal (Stage 1) to the Commission to shift council boundaries to include areas within Light Regional Council, Town of Gawler, and Mid-Murray Council.
