Rehabilitation works completed on two mid-north roads
Thursday, 18 May 2023
Road users in the mid-north can enjoy safer and smoother journeys following the completion of much-needed pavement rehabilitations works on two key roads between Hamley Bridge and Freeling.
New and improved road surfaces have now been delivered on Owen Road, between Horrocks Highway and Hamley Bridge, and Templers Road, between Horrocks Highway and Freeling.
These roads are important connectors between the townships of Hamley Bridge and Freeling and the Horrocks Highway and have been subject to frequent repairs over the past 15 months due to potholes and other damage.
The South Australian Government committed $4.5 million towards rehabilitating these two roads.
