Technical issues affecting EzyReg website resolved
Saturday, 2 March 2024
The EzyReg website is now working correctly for all transactions and payments are going through normally.
The service has been back up and running as normal today, however, we will continue to monitor the website closely over the weekend and into next week.
This issue affected some transactions from 8pm on Thursday (29 February) and on Friday (1 March).
Our staff have been attempting to contact affected customers today, prioritising those with licences or registrations expiring soon. However, we urge customers to check if your transaction was successful.
You can check if your transaction was successful by logging in to your mySAGOV or EzyReg accounts to check the expiry date has been updated.
If this date has not been updated, please contact us on 13 10 84 between 10am-1pm tomorrow (Sunday 3 March). Our phone line and Service SA centres will also be open as normal on Monday from 9am-5pm for assistance.
Registration renewals can also be processed at Australia Post outlets and by visiting Service SA’s website.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this technical issue.
