Notice to Mariners No. 21 of 2026

SOUTH AUSTRALIA – AMERICAN RIVER – KANGAROO ISLAND - NEW BUOY INSTALLED

Mariners are advised that a new special mark buoy with attached water quality monitoring equipment and a light Fl Y 3s, range 2 nautical miles, has been installed in approximate position 35° 43' 38"S / 137° 50' 18"E near American River, in Kangaroo Island.

Mariners are advised to exercise caution when navigating in this area and not anchor within 200m of the location.
