Notice to Mariners No 11 of 2020

HARBORS AND NAVIGATION ACT 1993
SOUTH AUSTRALIA – GULF ST VINCENT – APPROACHES TO PORT ADELAIDE – PILOT BOARDING GROUND ESTABLISHED
Mariners are advised that a new Pilot Boarding Ground (PBG A) has been established in the Approaches to Port Adelaide in approximately 18m of water as referred to Lowest Astronomical Tide.
It is located approximately 3 nautical miles south west of the Entrance Beacon in the following WGS84 position:

The use of the former Pilot Boarding Ground will be discontinued.
Mariners are advised to contact the Port Adelaide Vessel Traffic Service on Channel 12 for confirmation of which Pilot Boarding Ground they are to use.
