Outback road report

Due to satellite outage and flood damage, some outback road signs are not automatically updating.

Where mobile phone coverage is available, signs have a QR code. Please scan this for the latest closures, restrictions and warnings.

A new report is issued when any road conditions change. Get this report by calling 1300 361 033 or visiting Outback road warnings (on dit.sa.gov.au/OutbackRoads).

Before travelling in the outback, check weather reports and forecasts for rainfall and flood warnings. To do this, visit the Bureau of Meteorology (on www.bom.gov.au).
