Before setting off or heading back, check the latest on open, restricted and closed unsealed roads. This information is updated regularly on our website. Also, check weather reports and forecasts for rainfall and flood warnings by visiting the Bureau of Meteorology.
Please select the section of road on the map below to gain further details about road conditions and the types of vehicles permitted to travel. Some roads may be restricted, however additional access is provided in certain situations – these details are provided in the notes.

Please note: maintenance and resheeting patrols operate at numerous locations across the unsealed road network, speed and traffic restrictions are applicable at these work sites.
