South Australian Boating Facility Advisory Committee

The Minister for Infrastructure and Transport established the South Australian Boating Facility Advisory Committee (SABFAC) under Regulation 216 of the Harbors and Navigation Regulations 2009.

SABFAC advises the Minister on:

  • changes to facility levy amounts
  • the applications to the Marine Facilities Fund.

SABFAC has up to eight members appointed by the Minister.
