Crashes can happen when cars are not looked after properly. Make time to check that:
- your tyres are inflated properly, and have enough tread
- your windscreen wipers are clean and working, and you have water in your windscreen washer bottle
- all of your lights - headlights, tail lights, indicators, number plate lights, parking lights - are working
- your horn is working
- you have plenty of petrol, oil and radiator fluid.
