The proposed design builds on Adelaide’s reputation as home to one of the world’s great street circuits, delivering fast, safe and exciting racing. Beyond MotoGP™ and Supercars, it will also host a stage of the Tour Down Under from 2028.
It has been informed by a clear understanding that the Adelaide Park Lands are valued in many ways, from their trees and biodiversity to the opportunities they provide for recreation, sport, events and social connection.
Key design principles
The project design has focused on:
- delivering a world-class racing circuit
- minimising impacts on the environment
- creating more opportunities for people to be active, connect and enjoy the Adelaide Park Lands.

We're seeking your feedback on the proposed circuit design, community space enhancements, and proposed tree and vegetation planting focus areas within the Adelaide Park Lands.
