Community feedback

In August 2026, we shared the proposed circuit design and invited the community to have their say during a community consultation period. We asked for feedback on the proposed circuit design, community space enhancements, and areas proposed for new tree and vegetation planting across the Adelaide Park Lands.

Community consultation occurred over a three-week period between 31 August and 20 September 2026.

We heard from more than 6,000 survey respondents, and over 1,000 written submissions were received from groups, organisations and individuals.

What we heard

A What We Heard report has been prepared to summarise feedback received during the community consultation period. It focused on feedback relating to the consultation focus areas.

Feedback has been shared with the project team and will be considered alongside technical, environmental, operational, safety, cultural heritage and project delivery requirements as detailed design progresses.
