Access Taxi driver conditions

Special conditions apply for Access Taxi drivers, operators and licence holders.

These conditions include:

• An Access Taxi vehicle must be available during Access Taxi hours.
• During Access Taxi hours, drivers must give priority to jobs assigned by the Access Taxi Centralised Booking Service.

South Australian Transport Subsidy Scheme app

South Australian Transport Subsidy Scheme (SATSS) members hold a member ID card for subsidised fares. Taxi drivers must scan the ID card using the SATSS app.

All accredited taxi drivers must:

• create a mySA GOV account
• download the SATSS app on their mobile device
• scan the SATSS member ID card via the app as part payment for a journey.

If you don’t accept the SATSS member ID card, you will be:

• breaking the rules
• not following the SATSS Conditions of Use.
