As a graduate officer, you will gain valuable experience alongside supportive, future-focused professionals.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have an appropriate visa that allows you to work in Australia
• either:
  • have completed a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in the specified or equivalent discipline within the last three years
  • will have completed your qualification before the employment start date
• agree to a national police check and clearance to meet required entry standards
• meet all employment conditions – this includes the ability to make your own way to and from your workplace, training sites and other sites as required
• have completed the application process in full.

Program details

Our graduate program has two streams:

• engineering
• corporate, such as finance, legal, human resources, information technology, property or construction management.

Each stream can expect to do at least two job rotations during the program.

Corporate graduates

• Employed as an Administrative Services Officer Level 3 (ASO3)
• $74,095 to $78,694 per year, plus superannuation (12%)
• Temporary contract up to 2 years

Working hours

Graduate roles are offered as full-time positions. You will be expected to work 37.5 hours a week over five 7.5-hour days.

We offer flexible working arrangements. You can discuss options that best suit you during interview or offer stage.

Locations

Graduate roles are usually offered in the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan area. Rotations give you a chance to work across different teams and explore diverse career pathways related to your qualifications.

Some roles may see you working in one of our regional locations. When this is the case, we will discuss this with you at the interview or employment offer stage. There are many benefits to working in one of our regional locations.

• Information technology

• Human resources
