Our conditions of contract
These contracts are designed for our Department's own use under the supervision of experienced professionals. Other organisations may use or reference these contracts, but we assume no responsibility whatsoever to any other party in any matter associated with these contracts. We do not represent or warrant that the use of these contracts is suitable for any non-DIT project. Civil and maintenance projects
Use these contracts for all our civil and maintenance projects:
- GC21 Terms and Conditions Versions for medium- to high-risk Design-and-Construct and Construct-Only
- AS4122-2010 Special Conditions Versions for Professional Services
- Minor Works 21 (MW21) for low-risk works or minor services related to infrastructure
- Infrastructure Maintenance Services (DOCX, 304.5 KB) for medium- to high-risk services for the ongoing maintenance of infrastructure

Use these contracts for all our building projects. Don't use them for other types of projects:
