Clause 9.2	Clause 9.2 – Subcontracting Deleted: ‘If the value of work under the Contract subcontracted to a subcontractor is less than $50,000, the subcontract for that work shall incorporate: payment provisions with the same times for payment as the payment provisions in AS2545-1993; and security provisions as in AS 2545¾1993 And replace with: ‘If the value of work under the Contract subcontracted to a subcontractor is less than $50,000, the subcontract for that work shall incorporate equivalent security provisions as in AS 2545¾1993. All subcontract conditions must include payment provisions which reflect that the Contractor must pay the subcontractor within (and no later than) 10 Business Days from payment claim.
